Malleable iron suitable for cam applications can be made
Successfully developed a low silicon ductile iron more suitable for induction hardening applications
Dimensional accuracy of ± .3 mm
Castings can be supplied in machined, painted condition for customer requirement
Special process like nitriding, carburizing is also possible
Raw casting surface finish of 6-8 Ra in shell moulding can be achieved
